Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria with over 30 years of experience in the Pharma industry, including previously working with the old Swiss Pharma (Roche) in the capacity of Deputy Managing Director for 19 years managing the commercial, manufacturing and regulatory operations.

He was instrumental in the transition after Roche exit, this track record is invaluable to the new Swipha in his capacity ranging from Pharma Operations Director to Business Development Director

Mrs. Meeta Shah

Chartered Accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as ANAN (Association of National Accountant of  Nigeria). Over 20 years of experience gained across different industries, in companies across USA, India and Nigeria with a successful track record in business transformation, financial restructuring as well as ERP implementation, managing effectively banking relationship, interfacing with tax authorities, external auditors and cross functional business support.

Mrs. Marcellina Iluke

Human Resources Director

Chartered Human Resources Professional with MBA from the university of Calabar and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Lagos State University with over 24 years of experience in business Management, Supply chain, Procurement and HR Management gained with renowned local and multinational corporations such as KPMG Professional Services, Jagal Pharma and M’Cie HR Consult. Vast knowledge in capability building, succession planning and  change management as well as employee relationship management. 

Mrs. Yetunde Adigun

Technical Director

Nigerian, Pharmacist, member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria with 18 years of experience in the Pharma Manufacturing sector from Manufacturing Manager at Evans Medical to Head, Pharma Plant Operations at May & Baker before joining Swipha. She is a graduate from the University of Ibadan, with several international Pharma Trainings and Certifications.

Her experiences range from leading her team towards the attainment of WHO CGMP Certification and Product Prequalification to Pioneering building [civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems] and Production Activity in an Ultramodern Factory as well as ERP [PeopleSoft/ JDEwards] Manufacturing Modules.

She currently leads a team of over 100 employees in the technical division.

Pharmacist and member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) with an Executive MBA, from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Nigeria and a Master’s in Health Planning & Management from the University of Maiduguri.

Over 10 years of experience in the pharma sector holding various positions across the country from organizations like BIOFEM, ASTRAZENECA and MUNDIPHARMA. Applying a wealth of experience, expertise and world class trainings and currently leading the entire sales operations of over 100 members of the sales force.

Chartered Procurement and Supply Chain Professional, Graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri with over 20 years professional experience spanning from PZ Cussons to NAMPAK Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Procurement Engineers, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply UK and Institute of Packaging South Africa. His expertise ranges from Supply Chain, procurement, planning, customer service, warehousing & Logistics functions with additional experience in process engineering.
